With more than two decades of experience in the healthcare industry, medical debt collection is at the core of all we do.  Every medical practice should have the resources and tools to get paid for the invaluable services that it delivers; our job is to accomplish that result.

Our medical debt collection services are highly regimented, including rigorous training for our medical debt collector teams.  All of our medical debt collection teams are knowledgeable in medical terminology, health insurance policies and procedures, and receive up-to-date training in FCRA, FDCPA, HIPAA, Federal, New York State and Local collection laws and statutes.

Each of our medical debt collection teams consist of senior and junior collectors who attempt communication with the patient by mail and telephone, including day communications and evening communications. If the patient can’t be reached in the daytime, that patient will automatically be switched to an evening communication sequence, and vice versa, until he/she is reached.  Our collection efforts include a sequence of letter mailings and simultaneous telephone calls, informing the patient that he/she has been placed into collections for non-payment of their medical/dental bills.  We also provide reporting to the credit bureau, skip tracing, and DMV/internet searches at no additional cost.

Should our collection efforts become exhausted and we determine that legal recovery should be considered, we will refer the account to an attorney. If litigation is warranted, that action will only be taken upon your approval. We utilize a network of collection attorneys for this purpose.
